Last updated: 20 June 2026

1. Data controller

The controller of the data collected on this website is MigQuest, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with its registered office at 3 rue de Laurensi, 32600 L’Isle-Jourdain, France.

SIRET: 938 674 041 00018 — SIREN: 938 674 041.

For any question about this policy or your personal data, you can write to us at contact@migquest.com or reach out through the Contact page.

2. Data we collect

We only collect the data strictly necessary to operate the website and handle your requests.

When you use our contact form, we collect:

  • your first and last name;
  • your email address;
  • the content of your message.

3. Purposes and legal bases

The contact form data is used for the sole purpose of responding to your request and following up on our exchange.

The legal basis for the processing is your consent, given when you submit the form (Article 6.1.a GDPR), together with our legitimate interest in responding to the professional enquiries we receive.

We do not use your data for automated marketing and never sell it.

4. Recipients and processors

Your data is only accessible to MigQuest. To run the website, we rely on technical providers (processors under the GDPR):

  • Web3Forms — delivers the messages sent through the contact form to our mailbox. See their privacy policy.
  • hCaptcha (Intuition Machines, Inc.) — spam protection for the form; this service may collect technical data (IP address, interactions) to detect bots. See their privacy policy.
  • Google Fonts — loads the website fonts; this service may receive your IP address when pages load. See Google’s privacy policy.

5. Retention period

Messages received through the contact form are kept for as long as needed to handle your request, then archived or deleted within a maximum of 3 years from our last exchange, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.

6. Cookies and trackers

This website uses no advertising or analytics cookies (no Google Analytics or equivalent). No profile is built from your browsing.

The only third-party calls are those described in section 4, required to operate the form and display the site.

7. Your rights

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights over your data:

  • right of access and to a copy of your data;
  • right to rectification of inaccurate data;
  • right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”);
  • right to restriction of and objection to processing;
  • right to data portability;
  • right to withdraw your consent at any time.

8. Exercising your rights

To exercise these rights, write to us at contact@migquest.com. We respond within one month.

If, after contacting us, you believe your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority — in France, the CNIL.

9. Security

The website is served exclusively over HTTPS and contact-form submissions are encrypted in transit. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access.

10. Changes

This privacy policy may be updated to reflect legal or technical changes. The last-updated date is shown at the top of this page.
